A Top-Notch Agent for Local & International Buyers Alike!

Ray Seaman went above and beyond in helping me purchase my first investment property in the U.S. While I’ve invested in real estate in the Netherlands before, this was my first time navigating the American market—and it came with plenty of new challenges. Professional, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable of market conditions

After several unsuccessful experiences with other agents. I reached out to Ray for assistance in selling my mom's parcel of land located in Ocala Florida. Being from NY and working with Ray over the phone was extremely easy. From the first conversation we had I felt I finally found a realtor who was sincere in putting us first. Ray was always upfront, honest and realistic when presenting us with offers, one of which was accepted and finalized this week.
