I’m in the land business because land is the basis of all real estate, but the problem is it’s a very underserved market. Real estate agents typically don’t understand land very well. Maybe it’s something they do as part of their business, but it’s not what they’re exclusively focused on. The vast majority of agents are just focused primarily on houses and improved property, and for good reason, they make a lot more money doing that.
As a result, land is a very underserved market. I’ve found that landowners don’t really have good resources when they have questions, run into problems with their land, or if they’re looking to sell their land, they’re not really sure who to turn to. I’ve found the same issue with land buyers as well. I’ve been buying and selling land for many years now, being a part of over a hundred different transactions in multiple states, all just vacant land. I’ve generally found that land buyers as well are also in the dark. They’re not really sure what they’re looking for. They don’t really know how to do good due diligence on land that they may be interested in purchasing. Ultimately, I decided to get my license here in the state of Florida to help both landowners and land buyers get the most out of their property or find the property that they’re looking for.
As an agent, I can help you find a property you’re looking for, and get the right pieces of property in front of you. If you’re a land seller, I can help you get fair market value for your property. And I’m also a land investor. I started as a land investor, and still continue to do land investing.
