Professional and 100% reliable

From the start, Ray at Dalton Wade kept me informed all the way during my land sale. I am located overseas and was kept informed of all the issues related to overseas sales so I was fully in the picture with no surprises.The whole process was seamless with Ray reminding me for information when required and with the added bonus of his sunny and very positive personality. Professional, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable of market conditions

After several unsuccessful experiences with other agents. I reached out to Ray for assistance in selling my mom's parcel of land located in Ocala Florida. Being from NY and working with Ray over the phone was extremely easy. From the first conversation we had I felt I finally found a realtor who was sincere in putting us first. Ray was always upfront, honest and realistic when presenting us with offers, one of which was accepted and finalized this week.
